中国自古,对于人文山水的思考,无疑受到东方哲学的影响。无论是崇尚天道与自然的道家,还是讲究“一花一世界,一叶一菩提”的佛教,亦或是对于有志入世的儒士们,从自然获取的观察和体悟,成为了文化脉络,蔓延至今。
Since ancient times, Chinas thinking on humanistic landscape has undoubtedly been influenced by eastern philosophy. Whether it is Taoism, which advocates the way of heaven and nature, or Buddhism, which stresses one flower is one world, one leaf is one bodhi, or Confucian scholars who aspire to join the world, the observation and understanding acquired from nature have become the cultural thread and spread to the present day.
这种思考,到了唐宋,在盛行的诗歌中尤为体现。而追求生活本质的庭院文化,成为了唐诗宋词里,对理想人居的物态表现。
This kind of thinking, to the Tang and Song dynasties, especially in the prevailing poetry. The courtyard culture, which pursues the essence of life, has become the physical manifestation of ideal living place in tang and Song poems.
绣是美好的意思,本案把售楼处营造成一个美丽的湖。当业主在湖上一日之行后能够深深记住绣湖,并让所有有意向业主心向往之。

长廊一端,门厅精致细巧,宛若一幅国画小品,用轻盈的笔触,造境抒意。沉稳的色调内,背景墙面一幅描绘在自然山水中的庭院生活浮雕,勾画出主题,为整体确立了空间情绪。
At one end of the corridor, the hall is exquisite and delicate, just like a Chinese painting sketch, with light brushwork, creating scenery and expressing. In the calm tone, a relief of courtyard life depicted in the natural landscape on the background wall delineates the theme and establishes the spatial mood for the whole.
晚风庭院落梅初,淡云来往月疏疏。

主厅布局齐整流畅,韵律对仗。在陈设和细节上延承了诗人骆宾王托物言志的诗歌美学,以“先有其情,后附其物,情在物先,因情造文”的创作形式,点缀出庭院文化的丝丝脉络。
The layout of the main hall is neat and smooth, and the rhythm is antithesis. In terms of furnishings and details, it inherits the poetic aesthetics of the poet Luobin Wang, and embellishes the threads of courtyard culture with the creation form of having its feeling first, attaching its object later, feeling first, creating text based on feeling.
翩翩「白鹤」成群飞舞的吊灯,置于沙盘上方,仙凡之间,它们不受拘束,隐逸而自由,志远而高洁。

两侧通透的陈设柜,使空间更为流动。一个个见方的小天地内,「驿楼」和「骏马」,「歌赋」与「瓷瓶」,在细碎间咏叹古韵情趣。

在庭院布局的景致内,个体与自然的节律在此相互呼应,紧密融合。日升月落、四季更迭,是唐宋人通过院落获得的感受,也是本案设计遵循的内核。
Within the landscape of the courtyard layout, the rhythm of the individual and nature echoes each other and is closely integrated. The rising of the sun and the setting of the moon and the changing of the four seasons are the feelings that people in the Tang and Song dynasties get through the courtyard, which is also the core of the design of this case.
洽谈区的结构,顺延了江南院落的屋檐形制,利用娟美的斜线,诠释温蕴与柔雅。横于正中的长桌,容纳笔和墨的文情,亦可收入茶和酒的沁香,在质朴与素雅间,记录时光印刻的婉转悠长。
The structure of the negotiation area extends the eaves shape of jiangnan courtyard, and interprets the warmth and gentleness by using the beautiful diagonal line. The long table is placed in the middle of the table, which contains the feeling of pen and ink, and the fragrance of tea and wine. It records the graceful and long time of time engraving between simplicity and elegance.
边台侧面以仿铜不锈钢制作而成的镂空「鱼鳞纹」,与吊顶呼应,这种从商代青铜器上就已出现的纹样,从古至今,寄予着人们的冀望和情感。

靠窗的桌椅以沉稳的老榆木制作而成,致雅温润,韵味悠长。多处绿植的加入,在光线绰影中,与自然产生共鸣。
The desk and chair that relies on a window is made with composed old elm wood and become, send elegant wen embellish, lasting appeal is long. The addition of many green plants resonates with nature in the shadow of light.
向内一端,吧台的文化意趣油然而生,自成一景。吊顶的边缘在此处拟画成庭院门廊,展示柜的形式,来源于唐宋时期流行的隔扇,隔而不离,形制考究。摆设上,将盛行于唐时的饮茶文化赋予其上,罗列出繁复雅致的格调。

走道墙面的金属浮雕作品,以《清明上河图》为原型,利用精细的纹理,以及虚实结合的手法,延展了主题,给予空间生动的美学注解。
The metal relief works on the wall of the corridor are modeled after Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival, extending the theme with fine texture and combining virtuality and reality, giving vivid aesthetic notes to the space.
秦塘府售楼中心,在当代设计逻辑下构筑体现东方精神的文化载体,在时代的更迭中,依旧追寻文化根源,打造一方寄情于自然万物、承袭唐宋文脉的庭院生活。
Qintang Mansion sales center, under the contemporary design logic to build a cultural carrier reflecting the Oriental spirit, in the change of times, still pursue cultural roots, to create a party to express feelings in the natural things, inherit the tang and Song dynasties courtyard life.
