回问生活在一块土地上的美好价值，究竟是什么？是在冬雨中偶一为之的暖阳，是自由风气之下包容着的各种意识形态，是勤劳克俭、安居乐业的乐天性格，还是仅仅在记忆里，无处可比拟的、难以忘怀的旧时回忆。

这些回问，都是创意者的追寻，将成长目光与记忆积累的所见所感，捡拾起来，抖落时间洒落在他们身上的积灰，放入一个新的介质，显化在早已消逝的现代画面中，将回问题字、绘制、再造，重新在心上回响。

沓沓仔．明茗茶酒研究室

茶酒沙龙 「沓沓仔・明茗茶酒研究室」 将过去的时代感与现今的流动时间，合并于同一轴线上，店主连同多位不同领域的台湾设计师为「台湾风格」解题，一起捡拾关于土地难忘的美好。

The tea and wine salon Taotazi·Mingming Tea Wine Research Room combines the sense of the past with the current flow time on the same axis. The owner and many Taiwanese designers in different fields solve the problem of Taiwan style. Pick up the unforgettable beauty about the land together.

这是一个年轻世代对于风土的重新整合，也是浪漫情怀，透过理性的计算加以文学的敏感，精心转化，刻意用隐晦的手法，升华出他们眼中的台湾故事。就像是施展一记神秘魔法，让现代与传统的时间轴交会于此，同时混合了白昼、夜晚两种型态，企图调频来者心里的时钟。

This is a young generations reintegration of local customs and romantic sentiments. Through rational calculations, they are sensitive to literature, carefully transformed, and deliberately used subtle techniques to sublimate the Taiwanese story in their eyes. It is like performing a mysterious magic that allows the modern and traditional time axis to meet here, while mixing the two types of day and night, in an attempt to modulate the clock in the heart of the visitor.

由伴境设计负责操刀的空间，对来者下答暗语。低调的门面凹上一弯圆弧，温柔表达了倒茶斟酒时，液体流出的形貌，望来者能如茶酒般，滑润自在地进到各种关系与场域，表译各自香气。

The space designed by Companion Environment is responsible for the operation of the sword, and answers the code words to those who come. The low-key facade is recessed with a curved arc, which gently expresses the appearance of the liquid flowing out when the tea is poured, and the viewer can enter various relationships and fields smoothly and freely like tea and wine, expressing their respective aromas.

门后忽明忽暗的长廊，隐蔽地像条巷道，如同时间的化身，描述着设计师儿时穿梭在巷弄的记忆，也初步铺陈了品牌的核心精髓：茶与酒，需要缓慢地等待其变化、绽放芬芳。行进的脚步声，辅以茶叶发酵的低声响音，时间被放置到空间形成具象感受，穿透了人类五感，改变来者的感受。此时尽头透过栅栏所流出的光亮，则引动人们往下一个地方前进的好奇。

The light and dark corridor behind the door is hidden like a lane, like the incarnation of time, describing the designer’s childhood memories of traveling through the lanes, and initially laid out the core essence of the brand: tea and wine, need to be slowly Waiting for its change and blooming fragrance. The sound of walking footsteps, supplemented by the low sound of tea fermentation, time is placed in space to form a concrete experience, which penetrates the five senses of human beings and changes the feelings of the visitors. At this time, the light flowing out through the fence at the end arouses peoples curiosity towards the next place.

回字形设计，重温「大树下喝茶」景况

巧思设置的回字形动线，正呼应庙宇文化，面门右进左出的习俗。进入茶室后，叩问早期庶民以茶代酒的社交印象，因此刻意在空间正中心，伫立棵大树，相应着围绕长凳，绘制出早期众人于「大树下喝茶」的模样。

The ingeniously set back-shaped moving line is echoing the temple culture, and the custom of right in and left out of the door. After entering the tea room, I asked the early people about their social impressions of using tea instead of wine, so I deliberately set up a big tree in the center of the space, and correspondingly surrounded the benches, drawing the appearance of people drinking tea under the big tree in the early days.

再以茶空间转换至酒空间，如魔术般的过渡机关，斟一杯茶水至八分满，进入酒吧的门随之开启，以奉茶的欢迎仪式，引你走入更深的故事情节。代表台湾的石虎透过平面艺术，挂至墙边；碾碎的茶叶碎枝融入玻璃中，做成独有的茶几。每一处设计讲述一段文化，一段我们共有，关于台湾的故事。

Then the tea space is converted to the wine space. It is a magical transitional mechanism. Pour a cup of tea until it is 80% full, and the door to the bar will open. The welcome ceremony of serving tea will lead you into a deeper storyline. The stone tiger representing Taiwan is hung to the wall through graphic art; the crushed tea leaves are integrated into the glass to make a unique coffee table. Each design tells a piece of culture, a piece of story we all share about Taiwan.

用光与时间的错位定调茶室/酒吧

面对同一个场域有着茶室与酒吧的混合，设计师善用光与时间的错位，定调两个空间的前后。长廊走尽到了内厅，即是迎光最盛的茶室，白昼时兑着自圆窗洒下的日光，佐以周边毛玻璃折射出的柔光，饮下一口润热的茶，如同茶叶在茶水中般，伸展后释放。

Facing the same place where there is a mix of tea room and bar, the designer makes good use of the dislocation of light and time to set the front and back of the two spaces. The promenade reaches the inner hall, which is the tea room with the most light welcome. In the daytime, with the sunlight sprinkled from the round window and the soft light reflected by the surrounding frosted glass, you can drink a sip of warm tea, just like tea leaves in tea. Medium, release after stretching.

晚间的酒吧则一如它需要的隐蔽，去除复杂的外部光源，调降亮度，松开紧绷的身体与心灵，接着以聚光灯将发散的意识凝聚，饮下一杯属于夜晚的安慰剂。场域如同双面女郎般，一则雅致，却又浓烈，日与夜同时合并，也同时互映，宽慰着心情，也刺激着你我感官。

The night bar is as concealed as it needs to be, removing the complicated external light source, reducing the brightness, loosening the tight body and mind, and then condensing the divergent consciousness with the spotlight, drinking a cup of placebo belonging to the night. The field is like a double-faced girl, elegant, but strong, day and night merge at the same time, but also reflect each other at the same time, soothing the mood, and also stimulating the senses of you and me.

除此之外，设计师还细致地从来客的视角与体验，安排了精彩的番外花絮。以酒吧的座椅高度来说吧！一般吧台的高度让酒客与酒保视线无法在同一水平，为了消弭这样的落差，设计师刻意将重新调整，让酒客坐下后彼此的视线呈现水平，借此拉近双方心的视角。

In addition, the designer also carefully arranged the wonderful extravaganza from the perspective and experience of the customer. Consider the height of the bars seat! Generally, the height of the bar makes the sight of the alcoholic and the bartender unable to be at the same level. In order to eliminate such a gap, the designer deliberately re-adjusts it so that the sight of the alcoholic is level after sitting down, thereby narrowing the perspective of both parties.

店主异中求同将茶入酒，混合出顺口且独特的饮品，更扩大展示在空间中，是其对于茶酒文化所代表台湾风味的骄傲。这个世代不缺乏再一次的定义， 「沓沓仔・明茗茶酒研究室」藉由空间翻玩台湾印象，无非是一股来自深爱原乡的信念，一股对自有文化转译后的浪漫篇章。
