Kifisia Project12 is a boutique residential development project is located in Athens, Greece, by Block722 team design. Project were asked to imagine Athens and complete the construction of the existing concrete shell, in order to transform it into two lofts dominated by design. The high-end residential development project is located in the center of the Kifissia zone, the area is narrow, the topography is deep. Kifissia is north to its green environment and is famous for its elegant way of life.

Design is very pay attention to the details of the two units, reflects the iconic Block722 two apartments are a blend of natural material, sense of balance and delicate features, such as one of the apartments occupied the whole building ground floor, stretch out a long, beautiful garden. The second apartment is located in the second floor above, extended to the top of the gazebo, provides long-term vision, community and Athens city landscape garage is located in the front lower on one side of the house.

建筑师利用现有的材料，使用不透明和透明的部分、木材元素和有纹理的深色石膏计算网格，构成了façade的前后的几何结构。木结构巧妙地兼作阳台栏杆，石膏表面是由工匠特别创造的，以反映内部的主要颜色和材料。

Architects use of existing materials, the use of opaque and transparent part textures darker, wood elements and gypsum computing grid, constitutes the geometrical structure of the facade of before and after. Timberwork ingeniously and balcony railings, plaster surface is created by artisans special, to reflect the internal main colors and materials.

住宅前后的花园与楼上的大型阳台和顶部广阔的屋顶花园相匹配。室外空间通过宽敞的从地板到天花板的开口被引入室内，而照明设计确保了即使是在地板内部较深的区域，如厨房，也能感受到自然采光。

Outdoor space through the spacious from floor to ceiling openings was introduced into indoor, and lighting design to ensure the even deeper inside floor area, such as kitchen, also can feel the natural lighting.

浴室镜子和水槽等精心设计的功能都是为该项目定制的。前面的边界围栏也是定制的，一个坚固的金属结构，同时感觉触觉和可塑的木材。

The elaborate design of function such as the bathroom mirror and sink are customized for this project. The border fence is custom, in front of a solid metal structure, at the same time feel touch wood and plastic.
