项目位于灵山岛尖入海口，江海汇聚之处，除了地缘优越，还结合了区位的重点开发属性与大湾区优势，这片海静谧，内里却暗潮涌动，正犹如时代的浪潮，瞬息万变。在这片海洋中，塔内的企业家们就仿佛一个个扬起风帆的水手，与海鸥为伴，满怀冒险精神，踏上征服海洋的远航。

如果说海洋是感性的，那万物都从感性中来，最终到理性中去。我们用最感性的曲线作为设计语言，尝试搭建出一个有序的理性空间，而在这个空间中，我们模拟海洋生态链，打造自然共生的EDO绿色生态办公，贯穿绿色、健康的设计理念。
If the ocean is emotional, everything comes from sensibility and finally to rationality. We use the most perceptual curve as the design language to try to build an orderly and rational space. In this space, we simulate the marine ecological chain and create a natural symbiotic Edo green ecological office, which runs through the green and healthy design concept.

大概是代表了希望，犹如沙漠中的绿洲，孤独的水手在静谧的海面窥见一座孤岛，一定是感动的。倡导绿色的办公环境，在空间中置入“绿洲”，配合鲜风系统，加速兑现“碳中和”。

工作区配置有两条垂直动线，分隔开独立办公与休闲办公两大区域，独立办公位我们模拟沙丁鱼群效应为团队协作提供了更多思考，沙丁鱼群是目前生物界自发的有效组织中团队行动力最强的动物，鱼群们的集体行动不仅提高能效，同时也保障安全，我们希望在工作环境中营造出紧密合作却又松紧有致的协作区，在工作区拟态鱼骨造型，主柜与办公桌之间采用滑动配置，配合不同工作需求。

除了有序的功能组合，办公空间的个性化与趣味性也十分重要。空间大面留白，保留通透感，提取帆船游艇概念为元素贯穿空间，透过船帆远眺，是海天一线，是日月星辰，在简单工作日常中，仿佛看见的又是扬帆起航的一群冒险家，满腔热血，扬帆起航。
