此项目位于温州市欧商大厦，建筑形态为写字楼。MASTER ACCF是一家致力于打造极致舒适家居及办公体验的五恒系统公司，希望在将办公室打造成一个兼顾办公、体验多位一体的两用空间，五恒系统 恒温、恒湿、恒氧、恒静、恒智 舒适。因此业主在筹备分店时找到了我们，希望能协助他一起打造兼具专业与品质的新场地。

进入门厅选用大面灰色系，

围合出安定的空间氛围感。

让人进入便可感受到空间沉浸体验，

在相对压 的空间中引光而走。

The large-faced gray system is used to enter the entrance hall to enclose a stable space atmosphere. People can feel the immersive experience of the space when they enter, and draw light away in the relatively compressed space.

不以尺寸衡量大小，不以隔间划分界线。

独立又不疏离的空间感，

为彼此更好的相处方式，带来启迪。

The space is not separated, the size is not measured by size, and the boundary is not divided by compartments. The sense of space that is independent and not alienated brings enlightenment for a better way of getting along with each other.

办公室设计通过有序的格子、玻璃、自然光，打造一个流动的空间。

设计师将建筑元素重构置入到家具设计中，赋予它新的美感。光线给予展示物一个新的生命，给予雕塑、器皿、家具多重表达空间情感的力量。在一片安静无声之中，光线成了时间，成了时钟的指针，自己生长、自己进化，并有多元可能性。

The office design uses orderly grids, glass, and natural light to create a flowing space.

The designer restructured the architectural elements into the furniture design, giving it a new sense of beauty. The light gives the exhibits a new life, and gives sculptures, utensils, and furniture multiple powers to express the emotions of the space. In the silence, the light became time and the hands of the clock, growing and evolving by itself, and there are multiple possibilities.

安定沉静中，光投射而聚焦，

空间主题的演绎明晰而生动。

In peace and quiet, the light is projected and focused,

The interpretation of the space theme is clear and vivid.

和解成本与成效之间的固有矛盾，

大量的平坦的油漆面经过异形结构的重组，

直观展露自然与时间的生动韵脚。

却拥有极富包容性的态度。

To resolve the inherent contradiction between the cost and effectiveness of the reconciliation, a large number of flat paint surfaces have been reorganized with special-shaped structures to intuitively show the vivid rhyme of nature and time. The scene is adaptable, and the design concept is ingenious and sophisticated, but it has a very inclusive attitude.

大厅的设计，设计师运用简约、当代的手法布局，借以创造卓越的空间质感。家具、软装选用与空间色调相一致的黑白灰，不打破空间的干净、简洁，仿佛留白，让人保持一种更加松弛和平静的状态。延伸分割的落地窗，将都市江景纳入视野，打造绝佳的视觉体验。

In the design of the hall, the designer uses a simple and contemporary layout to create an excellent spatial texture. The furniture and soft furnishings use black, white and gray that are consistent with the color of the space, which does not break the cleanness and simplicity of the space, as if it is left blank, and allows people to maintain a more relaxed and calm state. The extended and divided floor-to-ceiling windows bring the urban river view into the field of vision, creating an excellent visual experience.

The simple and unique design language expresses the true and profound.

风的褶皱里，有飞行的轨迹，

它储存着明暗起伏的时空记忆，

，于空间中划下充满故事感的氛围。

In the folds of the wind, there is the trajectory of flight, which stores the time and space memory of light and dark fluctuations. The streamlined wall, shrouded in dark black like a melody, draws an atmosphere full of story in the space.

并非只是艺术行为展示的场合，

它既要追求空间本身的美，

更要符合其功能逻辑和功能氛围，

实用、科学、美感互为融合。

A good office space，

It’s not just an occasion for artistic performance，

It must pursue the beauty of the space itself，

It must be more in line with its functional logic and functional atmosphere，

Practicality, science, and beauty are integrated.

在相对的静止和绝对的运动中，

时间，以一种缓慢而规律的节奏流淌。

In relative stillness and absolute motion,

Time flows in a slow and regular rhythm.

Every moment, every day,

Its all part of life.

人文底蕴的构思与厚载，在一丝不苟的长宽比中，在抑扬顿挫的陈设中，透漏开来

The Conception and Contribution of Humanistic Background，In a meticulous aspect ratio，In the accented furnishings, it reveals。

如何利用有限条件去创造无限可能，称之为设计者的宿命。如何在满足当下需求的同时，还能顾及到未来的多变，是身为设计者的考验有所限制，才可能激发无限潜质，在没有标准的答案与没有定性的命题之间。必然有难点，也同样能够以此为支点，创造出以人为本的长远。

How to use limited conditions to create infinite possibilities is called the fate of the designer. How to meet the needs of the present while also taking into account the changes in the future is limited by the test as a designer, which can stimulate unlimited potential, between the lack of standard answers and the lack of qualitative propositions. There are bound to be difficulties, and we can also use this as a fulcrum to create a people-oriented long-term.
