设计师力求整个空间以黑白灰为之色调的色彩定位，通过材质与颜色的大胆碰撞，营造出一种时尚，简约的整体格调。在简约的空间格调中，又以红色作为点缀，利用颜色之间的对比与反差，在一片淡雅的灰白基底空间里，营造生动趣意的空间场景。

房屋结构上，除建筑外观及承重结构关系以外的所有墙体的设计中均被重置，空间格局也因此而被重塑。空间中保留两个卧室和一个书房空间，探讨日常与空间所关联的互动间隙，进而提升私宅对外所阐述的情感共鸣点位以及对于验证空间所处者的常态反馈是设计的中心思想。
