原建筑平面布局未与运营进行充分讨论，大部分空间均为封闭独立的小空间，属于传统意义图书馆。



The layout of the original building was not fully discussed with the operation. Most of the spaces were closed and independent small spaces, belonging to the traditional library.

与现代图书馆的空间规划布局相差较大，既增加运营成本，且不利于视觉空间和图书馆的开放环境，读者往往不愿进入逐个单独空间，无法形成图书馆内读者集群效应。现经重新规划后打造各层独具特色的功能区域。

世上万物都是相对的，也是统一的，这是老子的“齐物论”思想。他倡导不必有意于某事某物，于人于物应一视同仁，齐物等量，如同日月天地于物周普无偏一样，不定优劣，不分好坏，使之各有其所，各自融洽，设计有意将原来最高的空间区域打造为“空中阅读”的殿堂，读者皆可有此俯瞰椿樱公园景色，借以引出高与下相互出入，音与声相互应和，前与后相互跟随的设计构想。将最佳的阅读位置留给读者。空间中凸显人与环境，视觉与声音的和谐统一。

提升馆藏图数量，补救建筑规划馆藏量严重不足：对照太和当地人口情况，现有馆舍面积完全不能满足人口基数的要求，设计采用开架阅览与书库相结合的方式，一方面将建筑的基础书库加固改造成密集型书库，另一方面针对开架陈列道具进行针对性改良，书柜陈列排布更科学统筹规划，使之书本陈列量显著提升。最终，整体藏书量达到60 ~70万册。

Finally, the total volume of books reached 600000 to 700000.

完善各专项设计，打造以“服务读者为宗旨，生根运营为基石”的设计核心：一层新增24小时自助图书馆，对外独立运营；所有检索、咨询、服务设备合理布置于各层开放阅读区中；灯光设计、道具专项设计、标志标识设计、软装饰设计、平面设计合理融入馆舍整体空间中，做到“随手就有书，有书就有光，移步就有景”。而在整体空间打造方面，各楼层装饰手法既统一，又不甚类同，主要表现在材料色彩及运用手法上。

联合业主及运营，深挖文化底蕴，打造太和馆舍特色：馆舍在建设及前期运营筹备过程中，设计都全程参与；这其中，还联合业主单位荣幸诚邀毛国典大师为太和图书馆提名；并将黄格胜大师所赠真迹悬挂于3层书画室内。



Cooperate with the owner and operation, dig deep into the cultural heritage, and create Taihe library characteristics: during the construction and early operation preparation process, the design of Taihe library has participated in the whole process; in this process, we also cooperate with the owner to invite master Mao Guodian to nominate Taihe library; and hang the authentic works presented by master Huang Gesheng in the painting and calligraphy room on the third floor.

图书馆作为太和县公共文化服务建设项目（六馆两中心）的地标性重点项目。运营必须满足县一级图书馆评级标准，必须符合未来图书馆发展需求，必须达到智能化图书馆建设的方针并与省市馆后期在线上线下形成一体化建设的目标。

图书馆建设必须做到最大限度有效利用政府资源，专业化、科学化进行改造装饰设计，达到最优化的馆舍建设为最终目标。



Background: Taihe library is a landmark key project of Taihe County Public Cultural Service Construction Project (six libraries and two centers). The operation must meet the grade standard of county level library, meet the development needs of the library in the future, and achieve the policy of Intelligent Library Construction and form the goal of integration construction with the provincial and municipal libraries online and offline in the later period.

Library construction must make the most effective use of government resources, professionally and scientifically carry out the renovation and decoration design, and achieve the ultimate goal of optimizing the building construction.
