114户型·鄱湖水也呈现着三室两厅两卫的设计，相比98户型·庐山云，这一户型在功能区的衔接上更加的流畅。玄关与套房主卧的逻辑线，客餐厨空间的逻辑线，彼此交叉，建构起空间的自由动线。玄关与西厨结合的L型柜体，简洁而高效；多功能房的床榻既可供短暂的休息，也可作为临时客卧使用，可有一房两用之功能。
