This luxurious villa is located at Lake view compound 5th·Lake View Residence in Cairo. It is designed by ISV Architects. The harmonious and unified color scheme is high-end and beautiful, without too much pretentiousness to show the unique charm of the minimalist style under modernism. The designer incorporates natural elements in the design process. The exquisite details enhance the quality of the space and create a simple and comfortable living space.

客厅选用低饱和度的配色作为主色调，开放式的布局让视野更加开阔。石材背景墙与裸色布艺沙发相搭配，在材质上形成了对比，自然元素的融入让这片空间的质感得到了提升。

The living room uses low-saturation color as the main color, and the open layout makes the field of vision more open. The stone background wall is matched with the nude-colored fabric sofa, forming a contrast in material, and the integration of natural elements enhances the texture of this space.

厨房与餐厅处于同一空间位于客厅的前方，L型的布局很好的利用了空间。浅灰色的中岛台与墙面相互呼应，设计师将厨房电器与墙壁相融合，打造具有一体感的空间，兼具美观性与实用性。餐桌选用石纹餐桌，细腻的纹理与精致的细节展现了居住者对于生活的美好追求。

The kitchen and dining room are in the same space and located in front of the living room. The L-shaped layout makes good use of the space. The light gray island counter and the wall echo each other. The designer integrates the kitchen appliances with the wall to create a space with a sense of integration, both aesthetics and practicality. The dining table uses stone grain dining table, the delicate texture and exquisite details show the occupants pursuit of life.

家庭影院中，暖色的灯光为客户打造了一个舒适的观影环境，同时也提升了空间的整体质感，优雅奢华。足够大的空间可以容纳多人一同观看。

In the home theater, the warm lighting creates a comfortable viewing environment for customers, and at the same time improves the overall texture of the space, elegant and luxurious. Large enough space can accommodate multiple people to watch together.

楼梯处，长短不一的大理石台阶丰富了空间的层次，暖色的灯带兼具美观性与实用性，打造出高品质的空间。不同材质的使用形成了对比，丰富了整体空间的细节。
