BEAUMONT RESIDENCE

Beaumont Residence 坐落在绿树成荫的 Berwick 郊区，占地 3 英亩，该物业的位置、结构骨架和时代特征都受到尊重，同时转变为现代住宅。灵感来自大自然周围的味觉，融合了天然材料和形式，内部体现了一种精致的雕塑美学，具有独特的个性、戏剧性和温暖。

Beaumont Residence is located in the tree-lined suburb of Berwick, covering an area of 3 acres. The property’s location, structural framework and period characteristics are respected, and it has been transformed into a modern residence. Inspired by the sense of taste around nature, combined with natural materials and forms, the interior embodies an exquisite sculptural aesthetic, with unique personality, drama and warmth.

DESIGN DESCRIPTION

以黑白调为主打，冷峻之中透着家的温度。地面从经典而沉静的木地板，到浑厚而又稳重的灰色瓷砖，都很有质感。无论是什么场合，小屋都非常适合情侣或小型家庭，提供田园诗般的丛林度假体验。客房可容纳四位客人，有两个套间，并有机会在观景淋浴。

It is mainly black and white, and the coldness reveals the warmth of home. The ground has a texture from the classic and calm wooden floor to the thick and steady gray tiles. No matter what the occasion, the cottage is perfect for couples or small families, providing an idyllic jungle vacation experience. The room can accommodate four guests, has two suites, and has the opportunity to take a shower with a view.
