PODIL RESIDENCE

Podil Apartment 位于基辅历史街区，位于顶楼，从窗户可以看到美丽的景色。结合了历史悠久的地下室、斜屋顶和拱形窗户，以及现代室内设计解决方案。

Podil Apartment is located in the historical neighborhood of Kiev, located in the top floor, can see beautiful scenery from the window. Combined historic basement, oblique roof and arched windows, as well as modern interior design solutions.

DESIGN DESCRIPTION

一个重要的区域绝对是主空间的沙发区。软垫家具的圆形强调了空间的原始特征。而电视区很容易变成交流的壁炉区，对应多场景空间。

An important area is definitely the sofa area of the main space. The circle of the cushion furniture emphasizes the original characteristics of the space. The TV area is easy to turn into a fireplace area, corresponding to multi-scene space.

餐厅是一个明亮、宽敞的空间区域。在构图的中心是一张大餐桌。它是定制的，有一个小绿地，把一个简单的功能性的东西变成了一个具有餐桌功能的雕塑。

The restaurant is a bright, spacious space area. The center is a big dining table. It is customized, there is a small green space, turning a simple functionality into a sculpture with a dining table function.

厨房区是一个厨房岛和一个高级美食厨房，可以根据需要隐藏。黑暗中厨房的穿孔立面散射了背后的光线，就像一盏大灯。

The kitchen area is a kitchen island and a senior cuisine kitchen that can be hidden as needed. In the dark, the perforated facade of the kitchen is scattered behind the light, just like a headlight.

厨房岛台是一个简单的几何形状，由金属框架制成，内衬石材。还有移动家具路缘石。岛上有一个大的烹饪面，一个可移动的抽油烟机用于必要的抽气，成为厨房构图的重点。由于大阳台窗户以及屋顶的天窗，该区域光线充足。

The kitchen island is a simple geometry, made of metal frame, liner stone. There is also a moving furniture. There is a large cooking surface on the island, a movable pumping hood for the necessary pumping, becoming the focus of the kitchen composition.Due to the windows of the terrace, the area is sufficient.

卧室采用最浅暖的色调设计，拱形窗户为其增添了特殊的魔力。木材和石灰等天然材料的使用为房间增添了空气。波纹玻璃将楼梯区域与房间隔开。于是在房间里形成了一个有趣的舒适角落。

The bedroom uses the most slender tone design, the arched window adds special magic to it. The use of natural materials such as wood and limestone adds air to the room. Corrugated glass is separated from the room. So I formed an interesting comfortable corner in the room.

浴室原来很不寻常。米色和石灰华的色调完美地烘托了房间的宽敞性，不寻常的建筑形式增添了新的口音。宽敞，最重要的是，非常实用，这对客户来说非常重要。

The bathroom is very unusual. The colors of beige and limestantly fell into the room, and the unusual architecture added new accents. Spacious, most important is, very practical, this is very important for customers.

The interior design studio of ArtPartner Architects was founded in 2006 in Kiev. As one of the oldest interior design studios in Kiev, it has accumulated more than 150 completed projects over the years. Compared with a single Nordic, industrial or contemporary style, I prefer to combine them ingeniously. The warm wood elements, the elegant and soft colors, the simple and modern furniture, the rugged retro red bricks, the space presents an order after being accurately grasped.
