這本該是2019年底就該完成的項目，由於不可抗力直到2021年初才算真正完成。設計於2018年前後經歷了將近兩年半的時間，顯然等待對於業主和我們來說都有一點小小的煎熬，但回頭想想等待未嘗不是另一種美好！它將美好的期許無形的放大，所有的情緒都在那個時刻迸發，喜悅、嚮往、興奮、迫切、不安都在這裡，此時「生活」就在這裡！

This project was supposed to be completed by the end of 2019,while it didn’t get finished until 2021 because the ForceMajeure. Designed around 2018, waiting nearly two and a half years is obviouslya kind of suffering for both the owner and us. While in retrospect, waitingalso has its good aspect! It amplifies the good expectation invisibly. All theemotions, joy, yearning, excitement, urgency and restlessness are bursting inthis moment at here. “Life”isin here!

DESIGN DESCRIPTION

項目位於深圳前海中心小南山半山「漢京九榕台「，22棟別墅其中之一，為4 2上下六層的結構。擁有豐富多變的視覺景象與居高臨下的氣魄，顯於半山而隱於城市，倚巒望海，觀山瞰城。

“Hanking Peak Boulevardterrace”is located in the hillside of Small South Mountain, which in thecenter of Qianhai, Shenzhen. It is one of the 22 villas, with a 4   2 upper andlower six-floor structure. It was designed with rich and varied visual scene;great verve of overlooking, shown in the mid-mountain while hidden in the city;leaning on the mountains and facing to the sea, overlooking the city.

結合項目自身的建築特徵和表情我們認為設計要反映場地特性、反映業主的生活願景、反映空間上適度。我們將精緻、沉穩、舒展的品質結合在一起，而這些品質與建築本身的氣質也是契合的。最終目標是做到「永恆，同時散發出含蓄奢華」的氛圍感受。

Combining the architectural features and expressions of the project itself, we believe that the design should reflect the characteristics of the site, reflect the owner’s vision of life, and reflect the appropriateness of space. We combine the qualities of exquisiteness, calmness, and relaxation, and these qualities are also compatible with the temperament of the building itself. The ultimate goal is to achieve an atmosphere of eternity while exuding implicit luxury.

室內部分的整體規劃分為兩大層次，公共領域和私密領域，下三層為公上三層為私。主入口位於中間層公共領域（一層），進入室內一系列的空間構成元素相繼展開；深邃活潑的色彩、利落堅挺的線條、精緻寬大的家具、自然耐用的材質協調地組織在一起，共同來講述空間故事，並形成整棟室內空間設計的基本視覺與形體語言。整棟的核心會客廳布置在這一層，位於明亮寬敞的兩層挑高空間，通過巨大的落地門窗可通往擁有絕佳視野的露台和側面庭院。這時門窗不僅是建築的構件，也是對室內外交織空間的另一種強調。那時那刻開啟的不只是一個空間，而是一個「世界」。

Interior part of the overall building is divided into two parts,public and private areas. The upper three levels are for public, and lowerthree for private. The main entrance is located in the public area, firstfloor. A series of spatial elements are designed to unfold one after another,deep and lively colors, neat and firm lines, exquisite and spacious furniture,natural and durable materials are coordinated together to tell the space storyand to form the basic visual and body language of the whole interior space. Thecenter sitting room of the building is located on this floor, in a bright andspacious double height space. Through the ceiling windows and doors, it leadsto a terrace with excellent views and a side courtyard. At this time, the doorsand windows are not only the components of this building, but also another kindof emphasis of the indoor and outdoor interwoven space. When you open them, it’s not just opening a space, but a “World.”

車庫位於下半部分公共領域（負

一層），以用餐區域和西廚為中心可通向露台泳池、中廚房、桑拿沐浴室、樓梯間與電梯廳。調性延續一層的空間

氣質，定製的深色影木護牆板、米灰色的硬包與紋理自然的石材相互輝映，而大氣簡潔的形體則將自然的與人造的材質、色彩融為一體。全家人可通過超大的落地窗享受山下自然的景色。我們不禁想像；樹木在微風中搖曳、婆娑的樹影映在泳池的水面、陽光經過濾後柔和的灑在地上，沒什麼比做一頓家庭餐更加舒緩幸福！

The garage is located in the lower part of the public area (theground floor). With the dining area and the western style kitchen as thecenter, it leads to the terrace pool, central kitchen, sauna, stairwell andelevator hall. Design tone follows the first floor’s space temperament. Custom-made dark shade wood paneling and griegehard decoration go nicely with natural texture stone. The elegant and simpleshape integrated the natural and man-made materials, and also the differentcolors. The whole family can enjoy the natural scenery under the mountainthrough the large French windows. We couldn’t help butimagine that there is nothing more relaxing and blissful than making a familymeal, with trees swaying in the breeze, whirling tree shadows reflected in thepool water surface, and sunlight filtered and softly sprinkled on the ground!

下半部分公共領域（負二層）主要以休閒娛樂、運動健身為主，家政儲存為輔。我們還在這層的庭院中改造出一個MINI籃球場，為業主和小孩的交流提供另外一個場景與可能性。家政服務區則位於側面，獨立的動線和區域劃分讓空間互相沒有干擾。這一層運用了一些略顯戲劇性衝突與略微誇張的形體，點綴更加跳躍的色彩讓空間屬性更加凸顯。最特別的處理是酒水區的設計，在形體上結合了無法改動的構造柱讓吧檯極具雕塑感和張力，讓其成為空間焦點。

The lower part of the public area (the second-floor underground)is mainly for leisure and recreation, sports and fitness, supplementally usedas a housekeeping storage. We have also created a MINI basketball court in thecourtyard of this floor, which provides another scene and possibility for thecommunication between adults and kids. The housekeeping service area is locatedon the side, with separate lines and zones so that it will not interfereleisure and entertainment area. We used slightly dramatic conflict andexaggerated form, interspersing more jumping color to highlight the spatialattributes. The most special design is the wine area. Combined with the shapeof the unremovable structural pillars, make the bar counter with great sense ofsculptural and tension and become the focus of this space.

隨著空間向上鋪陳，不斷變換的場景配合著不斷變化的色彩，二、三層的學習區、長輩房、小孩房形體氣質則保持與主空間呼應，這是一種溫和的組合方式，將複雜的空間緊密地聯繫起來，「同也不同」。

As the space laid out upwards, the changing scenes are matchedwith changing colors. The architecture qualities of the second and third floorsof the study area, the elders’ room and children’s room are kept in correspondence with the main space, which is akind of gentle combination. The complex space is closely linked. It looks same,but not same.

頂層一整層為業主的專屬區域，多種材料的組合創造了一個具有凝聚力和平衡感的整體。形體與色彩在這裡得到進一步延續，通過大的基底鋪陳搭配品質舒適的家具，營造出一種精緻的審美和平靜的氛圍。頂層不僅有配置奢華的內部空間，還有四個功能不同的露台，最特別的是經過步梯進入的屋頂露台；這裡可以欣賞到廣闊的山海景色，這裡是白天享受日光、夜晚凝視星空的理想場所。

Top floor is a whole floor created for the owner dedicatedly, asa cohesive and balanced integration with the combination of various materials.Shape and color have been further continued, through the large base laid withgood quality and comfortable furniture, to create a delicate aesthetic andpeaceful atmosphere. On the top floor, there are not only luxurious interiorspaces, but also four functional patios. The most notably one is the rooftopterrace, which is accessed via a staircase, offering beautiful scenery ofmountain and sea. It is an ideal place to enjoy sunshine during the day andgaze at the stars at night.

入戶庭院的設計結合建築和小區花園而展開，大量運用灰色自然的材質，精緻靈動的綠植與爽利乾淨的形體，建構出強烈的現代感，但仍然有些許沉穩氣韻的空間感受。藉由矮牆將小區的園林綠化引到庭院中，內與外自然而和諧地融合在一起，形成一種「親密關係」，同時也為庭院帶來更豐富更具層次的美感。

The design of the indoor courtyard combines with the features ofarchitecture and the garden of the residential district. The use of graynatural materials, delicate - flexible green plants and clean - neatshapes, creates a strong sense of modernity, but you can still feel the senseof calm and charm. Through the low wall design, the landscaping of thecommunity is introduced into the courtyard, thus make the inside and outsideintegrated naturally and harmoniously forming an “Intimaterelationship”. At the same time, it also brings aricher and more layering aesthetic feeling to the courtyard.

我們通過不斷變化的空間建立不同的情緒，從親密到誇張、從激勵到舒緩、散發安靜的魅力同時也充滿熱情，無論心情如何都有一個空間得以安放。在這所房子提供的所有不同的場景中，也許最能讓人置身其中的是負二樓的內庭院！當業主與家人圍坐在一起，喝著茶或酒、聊著生活的瑣碎、欣賞落日餘暉時，也許是我們現在能想到的最舒緩治癒的體驗！

No matter what kind of emotions, intimacy, exaggeration,inspiration or relief can be well released here. It is a space we createdthrough a constantly changing to enfold everything. It shimmers the charm ofpeaceful while also full of passion. Of all the different scenes this houseoffers, perhaps the most immersive is the inner courtyard on the second-floorunderground! Perhaps the most soothing and healing experience we can imagineright now is when the owner sits around with families, drinking tea or wine,chatting about the daily life, and enjoying the beautiful sunset!
