华山公寓的收购和改造与打造上海著名豪宅“古北壹号”的是同一家企业，建筑风格是香港经典豪宅的再升级。

Huashan Residence is located in the Jing an district of Shanghai, the former French Concession that was once a hangout for diplomats and celebrities. The overall building of Huashan Apartment has a strong three-dimensional sense, but it is not so secular and eye-catching. It stands quietly on Huashan Road. It is a mansion rich in historical and cultural atmosphere.

The acquisition and transformation of Huashan Apartment and the creation of the famous Shanghai mansion Gubei No.1 is the same enterprise, the architectural style is a classic mansion in Hong Kong to upgrade.

整体建筑由上海锐点建筑设计公司饶青大师设计，该公司是真正意义上的豪宅专家参与了多个豪宅项目的设计。室内设计部分则是由著名室内设计大师梁志天设计完成的。

The overall building by the Shanghai Ruidian architectural design company Rao Qing master design, the company is a real sense of luxury experts involved in the design of a number of luxury projects. The interior design section is completed by the famous interior design master Leung Zhitian.

18年来，华山公寓一直都只作为酒店式公寓出租，此次的重新整修，是为项目建成后的首次。 The refurbishment is the first of its kind for the project, which has only been rented as serviced apartments for 18 years. 项目规划为双子塔建筑，总占地面积8798平米，绿化率25.71平米，人车分流，双入户大堂配置，分别位于1F和B1，设了；两层地库，车位约180个。 The project is planned to be a twin tower building, with a total area of 8,798 square meters and a greenery rate of 25.71 square meters. It is equipped with two entrance lobbies, located in 1F and B1, respectively. The two-storey basement has about 180 parking Spaces.

Located in Jing an District of Shanghai, Huashan Apartment used to be the residence of diplomats and high-end business people, which made it the highest residence in the French Concession. Even today, it still occupies the top of the mansion with an unrivaled attitude.

梁志天在此空间的设计上，以柔和的米色为基调，点缀咖啡色皮革装饰和成熟硬朗的黑色线条，配合进口木地板及优质大理石，糅合艺术元素，打造优雅低奢的宜居环境

In the design of this space, Leung Chi Tien takes soft beige as the key tone, embellishes brown leather decoration and mature and tough black lines, with imported wood floor and high-quality marble, and mixes artistic elements to create an elegant, low and luxurious livable environment

主人睡房以暖米色为主调，同色调地毯和墙面营造温暖沉实的氛围。咖啡色皮革大床造型简约流畅，靠窗的黑色真皮椅与同色床头柜相互呼应，流露出淡淡简致奢华之气

The main tone of the master bedroom is warm beige. The carpet and walls of the same tone create a warm and solid atmosphere. Modal of coffee-colored leather big bed is contracted and fluent, the black dermal chair that relies on a window and ark of the head of a bed with same color mutual echo, reveal faint and simple send the gas of luxury

静谧的深蓝色Minotti沙发使书吧的空间厚重感油然而生，平心静气之余增添阅读的舒适度，布局方正对称，嵌入式落地书架在隐形灯带的映衬下显得通透明亮，书墨香气自此氤氲开来。

The quiet dark blue Minotti sofa makes the space of the book bar feel heavy, adding comfort of reading while being calm. The layout is square and symmetrical, and the embedded floor-to-ceiling bookshelf appears transparent and bright under the background of invisible light belt, and the fragrance of books and ink is dense from then on.

沿阶而下，接待区大面积浅色木饰面与白色大理石互为掩映，冷暖之间，韵律起伏。背景墙以排列有序的节奏感营造纯粹、宁静的意境，优雅的圆弧线条、天然对称的大理石纹理、古铜镶嵌也在不经意间以精致的细节尽显奢华之态。

Down the steps, a large area of light-colored wood finishes and white marble cover each other in the reception area, with rhythmic ups and downs between cold and warm. The background wall creates a pure and quiet artistic conception with orderly arrangement of rhythm. The elegant arc lines, natural and symmetrical marble texture and ancient copper inlay also show the luxurious state with delicate details inadvertently.

光是体现设计灵魂的最佳方式，在楼梯上，羽毛造型的Lasvit水晶吊灯从空中直落，似翩然起舞，洒下光影点点，起伏于整个空间，也不失为所处之人的情感连接。

Light is the best way to reflect the soul of the design. On the stairs, the feathered Lasvit crystal chandelier falls straight down from the sky, like dancing lightly, sprinkling a little bit of light and shadow, undulating in the whole space, which also can yet be regarded as the emotional connection of the people in the place.
