In order to bridge the aesthetic dichotomy between the interiors of the era and the vast contemporary space, the apartment stands out, with a whimsical view of the minimalist aesthetics of mid-century modernism and elegance and constriction.

DESIGN DESCRIPTION

Dome House Terracota is designed to contrast with the urban environment. The raw materials and many natural elements are like breathing from a crazy environment. The Terracotta Warriors embodies a timeless hut, where traditional construction and application techniques evoke the experience of a family and a hospital. The top priority is to create a friendly atmosphere. The interior space is reminiscent of the drums of Tomellosero.

DESIGN DESCRIPTION

The lush garden surrounds the cottage, while protecting the guests, it also acts as a natural barrier to the surrounding roads. Intertwined in the indoor space, plants allow you to enjoy a private moment in your experience. Doors and windows face all base points, allowing sunlight to penetrate at any time of the day. The sunlight also exposed the shadows and ripples of the clay walls, as well as the irregular surfaces of the terracotta tiles.

PUNTOFILIPINO is a complete interior design studio specializing in luxury retail, hotel and residential spaces. Gema Gutiérrez graduated with a degree in image and sound, industrial and interior design, and set design. In 2006, he graduated with a degree in temporary architecture. These works are designed for clients and require dialogue.
