本案位于马栏山文创视频产业园的核心区域，产业园坚持“文化 科技”为发展方向，将建设以数字视频内容为核心的全产业链集群，打造具有国际竞争力，中国最大的视频基地——“中国V谷”。

The project is located in the core area of the Malanshan Cultural and Creative Video Industrial Park. The industrial park adheres to the development direction of culture   technology, and will build a whole industrial chain cluster with digital video content as the core, creating an internationally competitive, Chinas largest video Base-China V Valley.

通过分析建筑的特点与目标客户的特征，设计师以新锐的艺术设计理念，立足于国际化视野，致力于高端形象定位，以理性的思维，稳重的阐述，打造出一个国际化的现代时尚营销展示中心。

By analyzing the characteristics of the building and the characteristics of the target customers, the designer uses cutting-edge artistic design concepts, based on an international perspective, is committed to high-end image positioning, and uses rational thinking and steady explanations to create an international modern fashion marketing. 大厅内部设计基于空间本身二面玻璃幕墙环绕的建筑特性，采取 “空”作为设计理念，以空位载体，容纳大气的空间，墙地面以暖色石材彰显空间的现代时尚，通过百舸争流的抽象演变，灵活的用于顶面，以形成空间的延伸感与流动感。

The interior design of the hall is based on the architectural characteristics of the space itself surrounded by two glass curtain walls, and adopts emptiness as the design concept. The space carrier is used to accommodate the atmosphere. The walls and floors are made of warm-colored stones to highlight the modern fashion of the space. Evolve and be used flexibly on the top surface to form a sense of extension and flow of space.

电梯厅入口处在呼应顶面元素的同时，作出一定的变化，增加序列感与仪式感，形塑电梯厅出不压抑的感受。

While echoing the elements on the top surface, the entrance of the elevator hall has made certain changes to increase the sense of sequence and ritual, and shape the elevator halls uncompressed feeling.

写字楼大厅透过开放式空间分割区分出接待、沙盘、等候、电梯厅四个空间序列，引导不同人流(访客、办公人员)作有效及合理动线安排。

The office lobby divides the four spatial sequences of reception, sand table, waiting, and elevator hall through open space division, and guides different flow of people (visitors, office staff) to make effective and reasonable routing arrangements.

善用建筑及环境特色，采用最少量的人工凿痕处理出现代简约的空间气质，同时也符合本项目之环保、低能耗的理念。

Make good use of the architectural and environmental characteristics, and use the least amount of artificial chiseling to produce a modern and simple space temperament, which is also in line with the concept of environmental protection and low energy consumption of this project.
