高志强:泊通投资办公空间 首

当建筑师安藤忠雄Tadao Ando怀着虔诚的心走进偶像勒·柯布西耶Le Corbusier所设计的朗香教堂La Chapelle de Ronchamp时,大师作品所传递出的空间表现力震慑到了安藤,从此坚定了安藤忠雄的建筑之路。这便是空间所构筑出的情绪对于人行为的影响。高志强带领AFFD设计事务所,从探讨空间设计影响使用者的情绪和行为模式作为发力点,让空间情绪影响使用者的行为和体验。
泊通投资是一家专注于证券市场投资的资产管理公司,1000㎡的办公选址环抱180度广角视野。他们想通过办公环境向客户和员工传达出专业而严谨的态度,因此特邀室内建筑师高志强为新办公空间操刀。
BOTONG INVESTMENT is an asset management company focusing on stock market investment. Occupying nearly 1000 square meters with 180 degree wide angle of vision, BOTONG INVESTMENT would like to present a professional and rigorous attitude to the clients and employees through the office environment, so interior architect Gao Zhiqiang was invited to design for their new office.
高志强是现代主义诚挚的表达者,他曾开创性提出“空间情绪设计”的观点,也始终在其设计作品中践行。“对于证券公司来说,专业、理性、严谨、透明等是公司需要对内对外传达出的观念,人们进入空间便能感受到我们的设计构思。”高志强首次接触项目时,便清晰了设计的立足点。
Gao Zhiqiang is a sincere expresser of modernism. He pioneered the idea of “Spatial emotion design” and always practices it in his design. “For a stock market company, professionalism, rationality, preciseness and transparency are the main concepts we need to convey both internally and externally. When entering the space, people could feel our concept.” Gao Zhiqiang pointed out clearly, when he first got in touch with this project.
入户2.3米宽的整扇玻璃门缓缓移开,前台出现在眼前,由黄铜手工打造的前台呈现雕塑般的造型,成为客人进入空间后首先关注到的亮眼的一隅。天花上有着皇冠造型的灯具暗藏光源,使空间气场大开。
When 2.3-meter-wide entrance glass door slides open slowly, a hand-made sculptural brass front desk could catch your eyes when you first step into the space. Lights sparkled in a circle from the lamps and lanterns setting in the ceiling, like a crown, which lighten up the whole space.
七道中间墙板和两侧玻璃的片墙,将长条的空间形态纵向划分为总裁办公室、投资部办公区、前台、会议室、VIP会议室等多个不同功能区,力求无论你站立在任何空间角落,都能拥有180度的视觉享受,并获得极度舒适的空间体验。
Seven middle panel walls with two-side glass walls divides the long strip space into several different functional areas, including CEO room, investment department, front desk, conference room and the VIP meeting room, which enable you to enjoy a 180 degree surrounding visual experience and extremely comfortable space experience, no matter in which corner you stand.
在常规的办公项目中,总裁办公室往往是私密而具有威严性质的空间,给人以轻微的压迫感。泊通的总裁办公室则从固有的桎梏里解脱出来,变成通透的办公室,可接待双人、三人、四人、五人使用的交谈区,彼此之间没有屏障与隔断,让老板与员工之间的交流畅通且高效。
In a regular office project, CEO room is usually a private and dignified space, which might bring people a sense of pressure. ECO room for BOTONG INVESTMENT is free from the inherent shackles, designed as a transparent office providing conversation area for two people and up to five people. There is no barrier and partition between each other, so as the communication between the boss and employees, which would be more smooth and efficient one.
在泊通投资的空间设计中,企业性质决定了空间所要传达的情绪。设计师洞悉个体与整体之间的平衡性,调度色彩、光线、声音、香氛、质感、尺度等要素,使一个个充满人文关怀、有温度、有情感的作品接连呈现,让使用者塑造了空间的同时,反过来也会被空间塑造。 A large number of medium grey glasspartitions were used for design the space, which could make sure the space waswell lighted and also maintain necessary privacy at the same time. This is thedetail processing of Gao’s design that to keep the conference and officeenvironment from disturbing and to make sure the space looks pure and fresh.This transparency presents the transparent relationship between the company andtheir clients, employer and employees and also for the co-workers. △开敞办公区,独立聚拢光线的“伞状”光区
设计大师Mario Nanni的八条灯光法理论“光是一种建筑材料”,光影无形中是可以塑造空间秩序与边界的。在敞开办公区,来自Hermanmiller经典的sayl系列座椅搭配独立于每个办公桌上的Waldmann灯具,营造多个独立的聚拢光线的“伞状”光区,让员工聚焦于工作,留出一个干干净净的顶面。
“Light is an architectural material said by lighting design master, Mario Nanni in his eight lighting theory, in which light and shadow can shape spatial order and boundaries. In the opening office area, classic sayl chairs from Hermanmiller matching with lamps from Waldmann form a separated area in each desk, creating a number of isolated umbrella light areas which concentrate the light and allow the staff to focus on their work under a clean top surface.
事实上,此前业主原本选址仅有现在面积的一半,楼层也偏低。出于对公司发展、员工成长以及客户感受的几个角度考虑,业主和设计师考察了写字楼其他楼层,最后选中26层这个1000㎡的空间,这里鸟瞰南中轴线、西山、奥森整个全景视野,立足窗前让人顿觉心胸开阔,对于20人的办公人员着实充裕而奢侈,这给设计师很大的发挥空间的同时也带来极大的考验。高志强建议以公司性质做考虑,拥有开阔的视野和开敞的空间会带来更加“透明“的空间效果,从而影响企业与客户的行为关系,建立更稳固的信任合作。
In fact, the original office site was only half size of the present one and in lower floor. Considering the development of the company and customer experience, the owner together with designer explores other space in different floors and finally selected this office space in 26 floors with 1000 square meters. Standing in front of the windows, we could take an aerial view of the south central axis of Beijing, Xishan and Olympic Forest Park, which brings a feeling of open-minded. It is abundant and luxury office space for a company with 20 employees, but it also provides designer a great play space as well as a tests. In the view of the nature of the company, Gao Zhiqiang suggested that broad vision and open space could bring more transparent space effect, which could affect the relationship between the company and their clients and establish a more stable and faithful cooperation.
而在面积更大的多功能区域,家具的布置形式与总裁办公室如出一辙,员工们落座在不同的区域交谈,家具均可移动,使用场景还可以办派对或者路演。
In the larger multi-functional area, the arrangement of the furniture was the same way as decorated in the CEO room. Employees were flexible to talk and sit here. The furniture could be moved and the space could be upgraded for parties or road shows.
休闲区则开放成时髦的独立岛台设计,在紧张而忙碌的办公环境中,开辟出氛围轻松的茶歇区域。靠近窗户的部分用灰色玻璃围合出两个半弧形的隔断,内里置入柔软的沙发,员工可以眺望西山放空自己。
The tea room is designed as a stylish independent island, creating a relaxing tea break area in a tight and busy office environment. Two semi-arc spaces were created by grey glass enclosure near the windows, and a soft sofa is placed inside, which provide the employee an opportunity to loosen themselves when overlooking the Xishan in Beijing.
从Fantoni、Interstuhl、Cassina到Molteni-C、Flos、Nemo、Foscarini、Tisserant,来自不同高端品牌的家具彼此组合成独特的室内景观,西方精神与东方意蕴被勾兑相融,彼此成就。
The office space was decorated by furniture from different high-endbrands, including Fantoni, Interstuhl,Cassina,Molteni-C, Flos,Nemo,Foscarini and Tisserant, enlighten a uniqueinterior space, which blends the western and eastern spirits together andachieve each other.
空间沿窗分布的立柱均为方柱,设计师把所有的方柱改成圆柱,与片墙分隔的方形空间刚柔并济。
Square columns was distributes along the windows, designer changed the square columns into cylinder ones to balance the square space divided by the panel walls, combining both curve line and straight lines together.
空间内大量玻璃隔断采用了中度灰,确保光线穿透的同时也降低了透明度,这是高志强为了让会议、办公不被打扰,但空间又清新透明所做的细节处理,这种透明既代表公司与客户间的透明,也代表公司与员工、员工和员工之间的透明。

In the project of BOTONG INVESTMENT, the nature of the company determines the emotions shall be conveyed by the space. As a designer, the founder of spatial emotion design, Gao Zhiqiang is specialized in observing the relationship between the space and space users, insight in balance the individual and entirety, applying colors, lights, sounds, smell, feelings and size to create a work full of humanistic care, temperature emotions, to make the users shape the space and also be shaped by the space at the same time.

高志强,高级室内建筑师,生于北京,毕业于清华大学美术学院环境艺术设计专业、北京大学EMBA研究生班,中国建筑设计集团筑邦设计院副院长、2019年中国设计人物大会执委、AFFD设计事务所创始人。纵横行业20余年,他是中国室内建筑设计师中的标杆式人物。高志强开创性提出“空间情绪设计”的观点,代表案例包括百度国际大厦、建行研究院、同仁堂粹和康养体验中心、穷游网办公(朗园)、知名企业家、各界社会精英私宅等。
作为中国疾速城市化浪潮的亲历者,高志强是现代主义诚挚的表达者,他身上既有“80后”锐意风趣的创作心态,又有属于“70后”睿智深邃的思想谱系,明心见性,不惧不忧。曾荣获美国《INTERIOR DESIGN》中文版封面人物、中国设计年度人物等多项荣誉。现担任中国建筑装饰协会设计委员会副主任委员、中国房地产协会商业地产委员会专家委员等社会职务。在公益领域,高志强发起“一平米的温暖”公益项目,资助唇腭裂儿童手术;同时,在面对新冠疫情以及汶川救灾等紧急事件时,积极参与物资筹措和捐助等公益活动。
