犍为县,“犍”字同“钱”音,是距离乐山只有45分钟车程的宝藏小镇。小镇依嘉陵江而建,历史悠久,自古富庶。这里有四川第一的文庙,嘉阳小火车,以及罗城古镇。
希贵饼家前身是犍为县糖果厂,主营当地传统手工糕点,由业主父辈一手创办,至今仍是家族经营,是距今已有八十多年历史的老品牌,在乐山地区拥有众多粉丝。

此次迁址改造的老店位于老城区的小巷子中,老店宾客盈门,但是存在很多问题。
目前店铺设计陈旧且缺乏记忆点;面积小因而无法承载更多功能;销售流程和动线不合理,经常需要顾客在户外排队等候,购物体验不佳。
The old store relocated and renovated this time is located in a small alley in the old city. At present, the design of the store is outdated and lacks memory points; the area is small and cannot carry more functions; the sales process and movement lines are unreasonable, often requiring customers to wait in line outdoors, and the shopping experience is poor.
我们将新店定义为2.0旗舰店,不再单纯地作为销售场所,而是可以更多地以互动和体验的方式,让来店顾客更深入地体验和了解品牌文化。
We define the new store as a 2.0 flagship store, which is no longer purely a sales place, but can be more interactive and experiential, allowing customers to experience and understand the brand culture more deeply.
新店的空间开间小,进深长,空间窄长,单面采光。我们划定空间中轴线,将空间横向分为四个部分,依次是
销售展陈区、品鉴体验区、现场制作区、后场区域
We delineate the central axis of the space and divide the space horizontally into four parts, which are the sales exhibition area, the tasting experience area, the on-site production area, and the back field area.
销售展示区动线流畅,尺度舒适,充分考虑可能出现的排队情况。收银两边考虑丰富的产品展示,方便拿取,提高客单量。
The sales display area has smooth movement and comfortable scale, with full consideration of possible queues.
品鉴体验区和现场制作区,通过弧形格栅顶模拟嘉阳小火车的车厢内饰,增加空间围合感,安坐舒适。坐在品鉴区可以近距离观察希贵饼家糕点的制作过程,增加体验感。现场制作区由玻璃折叠门隔开,有体验活动的时候可以打开,糕点香气阵阵飘出,氛围愈浓。

The red wall of the Confucian Temple, with a strong historical sentiment and lively New Year flavor, becomes the theme color of the entire space. The use of a large number of wood grains conveys the warm texture and the weight of the years, and sets the tone of the space.
希贵饼家产品采用天然材料如优质面粉、白糖、花生、芝麻等,经过复杂的工艺手工制成。我们将产品原材料装至玻璃瓶中作为展示,让顾客可观可感。做糕点的
