临崖江湾，是重庆的地域特色场景。项目作为人居艺术馆，是对建筑在地化的一次尝试、一个回应；在城市背景下，探求自然与地理条件的空间映射。

Linya Jiangwan, chongqing is the regional characteristics of the scene. As a residential art gallery, the project is an attempt and a response to the localization of architecture. Under the urban background, the spatial mapping of natural and geographical conditions is explored.

设计在启动之初的多次场景化尝试，在自然背景下皆显得突兀而苍白。然而，在一次傍晚的场地探访中，眼见落日的余晖将城市染为单色，天地之间，山体和江湾的地理场景瞬间成为最强烈的主角；回归设计本质，呼应场所、回应自然，启发了正确的设计方向，进而促成方案成型。

The design in the beginning of many attempts to scene, in the natural background are abrupt and pale. However, in an evening site visit, I saw the city dyed monochromatic by the afterglow of the setting sun. Between heaven and earth, the geographical scene of mountain and Jiangwan became the most intense protagonist in an instant. Return to the essence of design, echo the place, response to nature, inspired the right direction of design, and then contribute to the shaping of the scheme.

有限的设计语言被放大为悬崖、江湾、夕阳、和山形的运用：建筑的整体形态复印江湾和山体的走向，用一条简洁的曲线，塑造空中一道湾流。三角形的边角地块也因为一条弧形的切割，而表现出明确的方向性。

The limited design language is amplified into cliff, Jiangwan, sunset, and the use of mountain shape: the overall form of the building copies the direction of Jiangwan and the mountain, with a simple curve, shaping a Gulf Stream in the air. The triangular corner blocks also show definite orientation due to the cutting of an arc.

设计整体贯彻对城市与环境特性的理解，为重庆这座江山之城增添一个新的城市聚集地与富有地域情感的体验场所。

The design implements an overall understanding of the characteristics of the city and environment, adding a new urban gathering place and an experience place rich in regional emotion to the city of Chongqing.
