Jono Fleming and Strutt Studios renovated their mother Tracy’s penthouse. Tracy spent a lot of time looking for the ideal place to retire. They found it in this neutral bay penthouse.

Tracy喜欢公寓的大小，当然也很喜欢从一开始就可以欣赏整个悉尼海港的景色，但是Jono Fleming和Strutt Studios需要做大量的工作才能更新陈旧的内饰。

Tracy likes the size of the apartment and of course enjoys the view of Sydney Harbour from the beginning, but Jono Fleming and Strutt Studios need to do a lot of work to update the old interior.
