这个案子可以说是我们和业主共同协作完成的，除了我们的设计理念外，还结合了使用者需求以及生活态度，摒弃手法回归本初。

This case can be said to be completed jointly by us and the owner. In addition to our design concept, it also combines the needs of users and life attitude, abandoning techniques and returning to the original.

这是一个四室两厅三卫的河景大平层户型，业主家庭常住人口是夫妻二人，男主人企业高管，尽管工作繁忙生活节奏较快，但特别注重在家的温馨时光，女主是艺术爱好者，喜欢收藏艺术品、摄影。

This is a four-bedroom, two-living room and three-bathroom flat-floor apartment with a river view. The permanent resident population of the owner’s family is a husband and wife, and the owner is a business executive. Although he is busy at work and has a fast pace of life, he pays special attention to the warm time at home. Art lovers, like collecting art and photography.

女主在家的时间经常烹饪美食、手冲咖啡，所以我们打破了传统的布局方式，将北向河景大面宽的空间作为动区，将基本功能区整合并多元的融入，社交属性的西岛能将女主的咖啡设备充分放置，与不远的圆桌、休闲区相呼应。

The hostess often cooks delicacies and hand-brewed coffee when she is at home, so we broke the traditional layout method and used the large and wide space with the river view to the north as the moving area, integrating the basic functional areas and diversified into it, the social nature of the West Island The coffee equipment of the hostess can be fully placed, echoing the round table and leisure area not far away.

在空间的任何角落既能欣赏河景同时又能和家人朋友进行互动，空间自由、流动、开放。

无障碍的交流互动，不经意间的眼神交汇，随意的视线停留在对方的身上，充满着爱，这就是设计应有的价值。

我们认为，一个好的设计不只是把形式做的很炫目，或是用了昂贵稀有的材料，而是要融合了使用者的生活方式，倾听、沟通并设法达到需求与美感的平衡，才能成为一个好的设计。
