贵州多山水，且类型多样，流域广泛，四季气候宜人，自然景色壮丽，地理特质鲜明，民族文化更丰富热烈，设计的灵感理念一直基于此。前厅是克制的力量，沙盘模型区则完全将空间打开，打破传统建筑带来的规整感，延伸出山外山、林外林的多元视野，增进思想文化的交流互动。

“此次室内设计最大的挑战就是如何创造专属设计与情感共鸣。越简约，越需要细节，否则便会共性代替个性。极简的超现代设计是全球大趋势，但简约之美的背面是失去部分个性，从而陷入‘泛设计’的平庸与冰冷。”设计师说。

如果说上层是一场民族文化与自然艺术的融合，那么下层便是一部简约主义的人文之诗，延续着整体空间布局形态，设计师去符号化、形式化的设计，最终由外及内、由所见到所感的完全回归平静，让人从视觉享受到思想深度一步一步进入情境之中。

这种结果将餐厅的黑和面向景观敞开的半开放会客区的白净，韵生出平衡，把风之动、光影之动、层林之动收入访客眼中，使得本就纯质的空间在自然美学中置身于“若有若无”的空灵境界，与闹市中那些缺少“人情味”的建筑或设计区分开，倾听自然在诗意设计里野蛮生长。
