此户型的购房群体我们设定为男性，海归金融人士，属于高收入人群，年纪在30岁左右。他们从事金融或IT职业，生活上注重生活品质，有着激情抑或狂野的生活态度，更有着独到的眼光和个人品味，希望居住地离工作场所近。
