By blurring the indoor and outdoor living in a space full of natural green, Kettal’s installation for this year’s Salone del Mobile aims at setting up an urban garden, where people can breath inside the busy environment of the fair. Through the sequence of positive/enclosed and negative/open spaces, the outdoor character of Kettal’s furniture is emphasized, while the fact that the same products can be placed in an indoor environment is stated as well. The highlights of this year’s display are the 4 pavillions produced by Kettal along with the launch of new materials and colors, which will be shown not only through the application on the products, but also through a site specific installation. A sound installation combined with the presence of natural trees will complete the whole experience of ‘Kettal’s Urban Garden.’
