South Melbourne The Eighth Located in South Melbourne, book-ended by the Botanical Gardens and Albert Park Lake, The Eighth represents a new standard in apartment living. The design delivery of this interior represents a limited collection of 35 private residences over twelve floors. Collaborating with developers Crema Group and architect Peter Kennon/Elenberg Fraser, the creation of a destination building housing interconnecting elements such as a grand lobby, street interface, cafe, wine bar, day spa, wellness studio, boutique offices and rooftop pool, nurture connectedness through the balance between different aspects of life. The spatial arrangement sought to achieve private lift entries, over-scaled kitchens with wine and cocktail cabinets as well as separate utility zones. The master bedroom houses custom bedhead detailing that extends into the bespoke walk-in robe and ensuite.
