The revolving pattern on this table top is created by layering sheets of African Ebony veneer. A three dimensional effect is achieved through this method, an aesthetic and practice dating back to the Art Deco period. The perimeter nosing of the table tapers to a thin 12mm edge and is strengthened by the use of solid African Ebony segments. The table has a dark masculine presence and grounds the dining space it is placed in.
