Casa Palma has two completely independent residential units that share the same services.
This is a four-storey development: the ground floor has an eight-vehicle garage, utility rooms, storage space and vertical circulation block, as well as a machine room; the second floor is the lower level of the residential units and contains the living room, dining room, family bedroom, breakfast area, kitchen and guest washroom.
The bedrooms are on the third floor, which is divided into two areas that can function as suites separated from the main ones, or as a games room.
The materials used are marble, etched glass and exposed concrete in light-colored tones to create a bright and serene ambience.
