The most well-known lounge chair of the twentieth century comes from Charles and Ray Eames. There is hardly a designer who hasn’t drawn inspiration from this masterpiece at one time or another. Particularly striking is the segmentation of the seating surface and back rest. Lou’s form, too, is deconstructed into its individual components. To make this step clear, the construction is clearly emphasized in terms of material and color. Lou is a furniture piece suitable for the office or a retail area, but also for an airport lounge.
