Description 项目描述 : Restoration of the historic 1917 Yokohama Specie Bank building in Wuhan to house the new CITIC Bank International regional headquarters. The building was designed by Palmer and Turner on what was then the Hankow Bund and it resembles the buildings of the Bund in Shanghai. Many of the original architecture elements were preserved or restored to their original condition and the general design style was based on a mix of traditional and modern elements.
此项目为一个历史建筑的修复设计，现今作为中信银行在武汉的总部。建筑前身为横滨正金银行，建造于1917年，由建筑师Palmer和Turner所设计。建筑位于汉口江滩，它的建筑风格会让人联想到上海外滩的历史建筑。在设计的过程中，设计师以结合现代和传统元素为基础，保留了许多原有的建筑元素，同时也将许多破碎的建筑元素修复成原来的样子。
