Launched during the holiday season of 2017, the NH1217 is a special limited edition light for Artemide that is inspired by a hanging ornament. Featuring a simple glowing orb, the versatile looped bronze attachment makes reference to a pin; it allows the light to be both a pendant and a table lamp that can be placed casually at an angle or sitting upright. Following 2018’s launch of pendant and wall sconce variations, for 2019, the collection expands with two new chandelier fixtures. The black metal structures become an armature, from which multiple lamps can be hung and configured with endless possibilities. The simple geometries of the structures and the swooping curves allow the lights to hang from different heights and in any position, creating a dynamic and eye-catching centerpiece.
