This loft apartment with an area of 2500 sqf is located on Broadway, in an emblematic building in SoHo district, New York. A project realized by Casamanara, this loft may be described briefly as being “a homy feeling within an industrial shell”. The industrial elements of this old New Yorker building are easily recognizable on the ceiling of the apartment. The bright, warm and colorful interior arranged by Casamanara is an antidote for fatigue, supporting a positive and optimistic tone. The white background is bathed abundantly by natural light that enters through the large and dense windows, providing a lot of freshness to the space. In the same time, this space which is painted white and brightly lit, it is “heated” by the presence of the wood and it accepts harmoniously a rich and playful palette of colors.
