Inspired by the Japanese stitch art “Sashiko”, Tripasai Architect presents us Embroidered Flower Lobby, a unique and playful way to decorate the walls of a house. A sequence of small holes made in the wall creates the possibility to make some rhomboidal grids. This network of rhombuses, through some colored embroidered threads seem to be some petals of flowers that decorate the colorful wall. Cotton threads with a great variety of colors are sewn randomly between the points defined on the wall to create floral motifs.
These decorations are made with mastery on the wall, they embellish and give warmth to the room, transforming it into a space full of life. In the contiguous images, the hallway of a private residence from Bangkok is shown, decorated very nicely by Tripasai Architect decorators. The coexistence of some wooden furniture in Thai style named Kha Singh with the rhomboidal decorations made of colored cotton, is very harmonious and gives much attractiveness to the space.
