The artist collects driftwood from the Western Mountains of Maine lakes, cleans it, and with its help, the artist tries to a bring tribute to the cycle of life, reflecting its nature and its intrinsic beauty. Besides the fact that the timber is well and carefully cleaned, it does not receive any treatment, being left in its natural state, cured and dried by the sun. The artist’s creations bear the imprint of time, evoke a sense of continuity of life and provide an opportunity for meditation. These works are truly beautiful and great!
