Designed by the Norwegian architectural firm Snøhetta, this treehouse hotel is the height of exclusivity, sitting just above 32 feet off the ground, and providing guests with spectacular views over the forest of the Lapland, the Lule River, and, as mentioned before, the aurora borealis.

The structure has wide glass windows in all rooms, so that the natural light that seeps in through them is the main source of illumination.
