Text description provided by the architects. The Australasian Performing Rights Association & the Australasian Mechanical Copyright Owners Society (APRA/AMCOS) began the search for new premises when developer interest in their existing building presented the opportunity to look further afield than simply refurbish. Their current premises were a traditional 3 storey office curtain walled office building in St Leonards.

Once this process was set in motion and a brief for what was required became established, APRA recognized the opportunity to tackle broader issues of workplace change within its relocation project.
