Text description provided by the architects. In this building, located on Veracruz Avenue, we created different conditions in the interior spaces by playing with the heights in the mezzanines.

垂直循环位于建筑物的中心，允许插入原型，使公共区域总是有一个双高度，而私人区域有常规高度。

The vertical circulation located in the center of the building, allowed intercalating the prototypes, so that the public areas always have a double height while the private areas have conventional heights.

主立面表达了室内的概念，梯田回应了公寓内部水平的变化。

The main façade expresses the concept of the interior, with terraces that respond to the change of levels inside the apartments.
