Text description provided by the architects. Bliss Spa is a company with a very strong identity. The challenge the design team faced was to create a unique 3-story spa that evoked regional influences from the Miami area while still maintaining the overall aesthetic of a heavily branded organization. The design team was influenced by Miami’s famed architect, Morris Lapidus, and the “Miami Modern” style that was so influential during the 1950’s development of South Beach.

A vibrant finish palette of blues and greens taken from the colors of the Atlantic Ocean and the lush Miami landscape creates a harmonious contrast against the stark white design of the “Mimo” elements.
