Text description provided by the architects. In the new residential community of the Veronica House, the site for the project is compact. The structure allows the urban transition from the relatively high house No. 47, the former Veronica clinic, to the lower elevation of the southern adjoining residential building.

一楼由一家公共咖啡馆、一间可分割的会议室、一间安静的房间和所有的工作人员室组成。国家航空母舰的管理部门在阁楼上占据了一个房间。在这两层楼之间有三层住宅，每层有一套公寓和一栋社区住宅，每层有十二张床。

The ground floor is composed of a public café, a divisible meeting room, a quiet room, and all staff rooms. The administration of the national carrier has taken a room in the attic. In between these two floors lie the three residential floors with apartments and a community house on each floor, each with twelve beds.

The internal structure corresponds to the model of elderly care in home communities. To implement this ideal many things were considered with the design of the building. None of the apartments are oriented to the north, and a large kitchen serves as a versatile place to meet and linger. The kitchen is oriented to the south, facing the garden and the shared terrace.

为了适应未来的空间变化，该建筑采用混凝土框架加固，几乎每一堵墙都是作为不支撑的轻质隔墙。

To allow flexibility for future spatial changes, the building was a reinforced with a concrete frame with nearly every wall of the expansion as a non-supporting, lightweight partitions.
