Text description provided by the architects. Loft Apartments AlteSagiInnerberg In Innerberg, Switzerland, on a former wood work site, a new apartment building has been designed. Based on an existing volume of 3 meters height and a depth of 20 meters, a flexible living space appears where once carpenters and joiners used to build furniture.

The existing volume is divided in 7 parts. Two Apartments are building the basic type. The upper apartment has an additional gallery. The distinct floor plan design results in an outstanding amount of freedom. The kitchen and bathroom arrangement creates the structural core, from there, everything is possible.Whether it should be a loft without any further subdivisions or a 3 room apartment.
