Text description provided by the architects. The area is situated in the center of Sant Pere de Ribes, with no slope topography, bordering a national road.

The building is lined with the north south orientation making the maximum of the classroom orientated towards the south. In the East and West sides the rest of the functional systems can be found.

The main access is on the eastern side. This access is produced through the area of the porch which can be closed with sliding doors just in case. It also can be used as an indoor playground, apart of the actual need of the space.
