Text description provided by the architects. GouweZone is a sustainable office complex in Gouda for the luxury rental sector that is part of 'Gouwe Poort', a mixed industrial estate in the heart of the Randstad. The city of Gouda wants to transform this area into a desirable office location that will be named one of the top ten of Dutch business and office parks.

GouweZone is one of the first concrete projects of this restructuring. The complex consists of three building sections sitting atop a common underground parking garage. The office buildings are variations of one another, as if themed. Subtly different from each other in appearance and construction. The three building sections have flexible layouts and provide room for their own identity and character.
