Thus, externally, it acts on the front using a double skin of glass and wood. Wood is the outermost skin, a skin discontinuous presents different degrees of permeability screening the light input and transparent areas that are open to public roads. The front facade with a small square, almost private character appears only skin color glass filters the light into a green scale, combining translucent and transparent bands. The interior spaces adjacent to the facade, are bathed in color and appearance configuring a screen plant in an urban environment. Inside separate administration area and spaces dedicated to the sick, where a large centerpiece of variable color, where are the common services, generates an ambulatory space, which allows a continuous ride for patients by providing visual references easy identification, and rooms that open from the center of activities.

It acts on the outer space slightly modifying the existing planter bench and placing a new, trying to narrow a space that, although public use, allows for some protection from the street and especially with car access to the adjacent parking ramp. They hope to make the space warmer, humanize it for use by patients, as well incorporating visual background of the interior spaces, as well as space relationship between the sick and the people on the street.
