The arrival of the underground, the two new shopping malls and the future creation of the Collider Activity Center will make this site a place of importance in the city of Sofia. Consequently, we wanted to give visibility and a strong identity to this sports center aimed at a wide audience of sports fans and enthusiasts for big thrills. The simplicity of the shape is offset by the quality of the architectural expression and the distribution of the equipment.

该项目场地被视为公园和城市十字路口的一个地点。我们的设备是这个联盟的综合、表达和产物。这套设备虽然紧凑实用，以综合技术设施和经济方面的最佳解决办法，但力求表达自然与城市、心灵(个性/财富)和封套(身体/机器)之间的二重性。身体是一个机器，每个人都试图发展，以表达他/她的个性的丰富性和力量。我们认为这种设备是一台简单的机器，它可以帮助我们提供超凡的东西，并推动一个人的身体极限。

The project site is treated as a site at the crossroads of the park and the city. Our equipment is the synthesis, the expression and the product of this alliance. While compact and pragmatic in order to integrate the best solutions in terms of technical facilities and economics, this equipment seeks to express the duality between nature and urbanity, between the heart (personality / wealth) and the envelope (body / machine). The body is a machine that everyone tries to develop in order to express the richness and the strength of his/her personality. We see the equipment as a simple machine that helps to provide the extraordinary and to push one’s physical limits.

我们提议的建筑气势磅礴，紧凑。它真的从一楼下来，让街道空间穿过大厅，到达公园。公园提供第一层和树木部分，以遮蔽开放的夏季舞台和外部娱乐游泳池，即所有的节目产生噪音。这样，就有三种截然不同的气氛进入了现场。

The building that we propose is imposing and compact. It literally gets off the ground floor to allow the street space going through the lobby and to arrive into the park. The park provides a first leveled and wooded part in order to shelter the open summer stage and the exterior recreational swimming pool, i.e. all the programs that produce noise. In this way, there are three distinct atmospheres into the site.

The characteristic feature of the project symbolizes the place where the city meets the park. The result is a place which is integrated with the second floor and includes the green house. This space is a real public space that allows the visitors to contemplate the different programs of the building, while offering a lookout over the city and the Vitosha. The programs are built around this space while opening onto the surrounding landscape. This space is a true attractive lung for this project.

项目组织是与Walltopia有关的地区的分级。在底层，我们找到了与Walltopia联系最小的项目元素，如健身中心和水疗中心。这些元素都是面对公共空间，作为身体文化的展示。餐厅面向公园，与室外游泳池和儿童游乐场直接相连。这些节目元素是幸福和美丽的象征，为了吸引过路人的目光并激励他们进入大楼，这些元素被视为一种展示。

The project organization is a gradation of the areas related to Walltopia. At the ground floor we find the elements of program with the smallest link to Walltopia such as the Fitness Center and the Spa. These elements are facing the public space, as a showcase of the culture of the body. The restaurant is orientated towards the park and directly connected with the exterior swimming pool and the children playground. These elements of programs, symbol of the well-being and the beauty, are treated as a showcase in order to catch the eye of the passers-by and incite them to enter the building.

第一层是一个多功能厅，高爬山区和更衣室被看作是为这两个项目提供服务的长交通车道。沿着这条小路，大的洞口提供活动空间的视图。这是一个过渡的空间，一个人准备出类拔萃。第二层建筑围绕着绿色的房子。这个项目中最有活力的元素就在那里-咖啡厅和它的露台，从高高的攀岩区连接起来很容易。这个空间还提供了一个与Funtopia直接相连的室外安全空间。绿色的房子被看作是一个温暖的公共场所，被一堵高高的攀爬墙穿过。

The first level is a multifunctional hall, and the high climbing area and locker rooms are treated as a long traffic lane serving these two elements of the program. Along this lane, large openings offer views on the activity spaces. It is a transitional space in which one’s prepares to excel. The 2nd level is structured  around the green house. The most living elements of the program are there - the coffee shop and its terrace with an easy connection from the high climbing area. This space also offers an outdoor secure space directly connected to Funtopia. The green house is treated as a warm public place, crossed by a high climbing wall.

At the 3rd level we find the roof top bar and the management board of Walltopia. The roof top bar offers views on the green house, its climbing wall, Funtopia, the park and beyond them on the Vitosha. At the 4th level, all the offices of Walltopia share a large space illuminated by a patio in its center with views on the Funtopia, the green house, the climbing wall etc... A terrace is connected to the Leisure Room Kitchen in order to allow employees to relax and enjoy the views on the Vitosha.

地下室包括85个停车位和项目的大部分技术设施。停车场可从大楼东面底部的服务区进入。它也是餐厅的送货区，也是消防队员的第二通道。

The basement includes 85 parking spaces and most of the technical facilities of the project. The parking is accessible from the service area at the bottom of the eastern facade of the building. It also serves as a delivery area for the restaurant and is a second access for the firefighters.

该项目由三个不同组合组成的1.50m正面模块处理：一个不透明钢模块，包括一个绝缘模块、一个釉面模块和一个由穿孔金属制成的部分阴影部分的釉面模块。该系统允许有一个低成本的生产和易于实施的现场。它参与建筑的热管理，给立面以生命。

The project is handled with a facade module of 1.50m with three different combinations: An opaque steel module including an insulation, a glazed module, and a glazed module with a partial shadowing part made of perforated metal. This system allows having a low cost production and an easy implementation on site. It participates to the thermal management of the building and gives life to the facade.

在绿色住宅和高爬坡区，玻璃模组采用不同的机械系统工作。模块可以旋转和滑动，以便存储在侧面。该系统允许广泛开放这些空间，以便通风。

In the Green House and the High Climbing Area, the glazed modules operate with a different mechanical system. The module can rotate and slide in order to be stored on the sides. This system allows opening these spaces widely in order to ventilate them.

考虑到背景信息-索非亚的气候条件和场地配置-结构约束导致我们设计了一座小型建筑，其正面部分不透明。我们的工作与混凝土结构，因为它的众多性质和低高度梁。从建筑物的几乎所有部分都可以看到混凝土结构。绿色住宅作为一个缓冲空间和一个热控制器，在建筑物的热舒适性中起着重要的作用：由于它可以被广泛开放，它可以从冬季的热量增加中受益，并在夏季参与建筑物的通风。

Taking into account the contextual information - climatic conditions in Sofia and site configuration - the structural constraints led us to design a compact building, with partially opaque facades. We work with a concrete structure because of its numerous properties and with low heightened beams. The concrete structure is visible from almost all parts of the building. The Green House plays an important role in the thermal comfort of the building, because it functions as a buffer space and a thermal controller: as it can be opened widely, it can benefit from heat gains in winter and participates in the ventilation of the building in summer.
