Text description provided by the architects. In a privileged location in the Condesa neighborhood, on a rectangular property of 363 m2 (3,907 sq. ft.), ten individual housing units have been designed, in two different typologies but with distinct differences, each with different features and sizes. This creates an interesting variety within the same complex. It has two buildings, five levels each, divided by a central patio, and communicated through bridges around the perimeter that separate the social and the private areas.

中央露台为所有公寓提供天然照明，在底层形成了一个出入广场和一个公共区域，供大家聚在一起。总体规划是根据每种类型的功能和大小制定的，将实心块与“L”型公寓(包括单纯形公寓或复式公寓)混合成双高公寓。主立面有阳台，可以俯瞰阿姆斯特丹街，从那里可以看到街道上的树木。

The central patio provides natural lighting to all the apartments and on the ground floor generates an access plaza as well as a common area to get together. The general plan was created based on the functions and size of each typology, mixing solid blocks with “L” shaped blocks, including Simplex or Duplex apartments, with double heights. The main façade has balconies overlooking Amsterdam Street from where you have a view to the trees that line the street.
