Text description provided by the architects. This project is the first milestone in a programme of fifteen social housing properties that will eventually be spread across the town in plots taken by the municipality.

This original approach serves to densify an existing urban fabric (rather than colonizing peri-urban plots) while arranging social housing sparingly and in the center of town. In this context, we propose an architecture that responds to this small scale that combines several dwellings within a ‘large house’ and which can develop one way or another with its own identity.

木制结构和寿命石板覆盖一个简单的空间，在一个单一的皮肤，突出和提供私人的外部空间是不可忽视的(花园或露台)。每个住宅都有自己的通道，因此避免了公共区域。所有的单位都有2到3个方向，给中心的空间一个非常好的光线。

Wooden structure and lifetime slate covering a simple space, in a single skin, that stands out and offers private exterior spaces which are not overlooked (garden or terrace). Each dwelling has its own access, thus avoiding communal areas. The units all have 2 to 3 orientations, giving the heart of the space a very good amount of light.
