The project responds to the surrounding landscape defined by two different topographies: one horizontal plane oriolana garden, where it supports the building, and on the other the ubiquitous mountain in the north facing the delimitation. The volume of the building reflects this duality fragmenting the different volumes that comprise this mechanism to recognize the profile of the mountains to the opening. The building consists of two classrooms of children, four primary classrooms, a gym and a dining room for one hundred students in two shifts, plus all associated teaching spaces.

The arrangement of the pieces better teachers respond to internal functional relationship between these view and response to solar orientation. Therefore, the block is oriented south infant while the remaining program is in the east-west direction perpendicular to the previous. The primary courtyard defined by these volumes is open to the mountains of Orihuela thus enhancing their role in the landscape. Strict climatology has led to further efforts to control aspects of sunlight achieved considerable internal thermal comfort which has resulted in a considerable reduction in energy consumption of the building and the materials caunto have been chosen those with minimal maintenance criteria and visual comfort.

The geometric distribution of the center volumes, is a consequence of the formal distribution program which seeks to protect the most vulnerable students and at the same time, give them a space for outdoor use. This is why the outdoor play areas are bounded by the main volume of the building, and the gymnasium, the Sierra of Orihuela, and the smaller volume. This last volume and the boundary of the garden plot, define the playing area of the infant children, allowing views to an endless plane of abstract geometries.
