Text description provided by the architects. Located in the city center of Jinan (Capital of Shandong Province), the Jinan Marketing Center is the highlight of the flagship mixed-development project for Vanke to venture into this region.

作为项目总体规划的一部分，营销中心是第一个向公众展示的区域。设计理念是为建筑缓冲城市的直接体验，作为一个重要的循环过渡，人们离开商业空间，进入安静的居住区，它坐落在郁郁葱葱的青山旁。

As part of the master planning for the project, the marketing center is the first area to be showcased to the public. The design concept is for the architecture to buffer the immediate urban city experience, serving as an important circulation transition as people leave behind the commercial space and enter into the quiet residential zone, which is sited next to a lush green hill.

The architect and landscape designer collaborated very closely to create a tranquil experience as people approach the project. The entire glass door system on the first floor can be fully opened to allow the spatial flow between indoor space and the outdoor landscape, while the second floor façade is designed with aluminum louvers to allow light and view while ensuring privacy.

一个定制的金属网(夹在2块玻璃之间)在入口天篷和部分前立面使用。在白天，这创造了半透明材料与暗青铜铝之间的对比。在晚上，玻璃网混合材料，结合综合照明装置，创造了一个闪亮的图标与黄金光泽，一个非常不同的性格和氛围与白天。

A customized metal mesh (sandwiched between 2 panes of glass) is used in the entrance canopy and part of the front elevation. During the day, this creates a contrast between the semi-transparent material with the dark bronze aluminum. During the night, the glass-mesh hybrid material, combined with the integrated lighting fixtures, creates a shiny icon with a gold sheen, with a very different character and atmosphere from the day.
