Text description provided by the architects. Located in the lower part of the Kiev city in Ukraine. This place was created as a multizone space. As a platform for creative events practically in every sphere: photo studio, intellectual entertainments, workshops, lectures, concerts, trendsetter's debates.

空间划分为4个区域。接待区和厨房。化妆区。肯辛顿大厅和切尔西大厅。每个区域都有自己的风格，没有打破整体风格和概念。

The space is divided into 4 zones. Reception area and kitchen. The Makeup zone. Kensington Hall and Chelsea Hall. Each zone is made in its own style not breaking the overall style and concept.
