Text description provided by the architects. Looking to expedite the construction time and the division of the installation system, offices Sonne Müller and Civitas design House_63. 

住宅由6个单元组成，两层为金属结构。该地段470平方米，与居民共享的住宅计划，在那里除了使用一楼与露台和花园，使用屋顶作为休闲。

The residence is organized through 6 modules with a metal structure on two floors. The lot, 470 m2, shares the program of the house with the residents, where in addition to using the ground floor with terrace and garden, use the roof as leisure.
