Text description provided by the architects. The Project was based  on a house built in the year  1918, located in La Paternal, a neighbourhood that still preserves the original grid of the city caracterized by small residential buildings, that managed to stay unaffected by the great movement of the city.

房主是一对非常年轻的夫妇，他们正在寻找一间新的私人房间，它将建在一个现有的屋顶露台上，从底层搬到公共区域，一间重新装修的工作室，一间小型陈列室，以及一间精神科医生的工作空间。

The owners, a very young couple, were searching for a new private room that would be built on an existing roof terrace, leaving the ground floor for the common areas, a recoding studio, a small showroom and a working space for a psychiatrist.

周围环境的静谧和宁静，是开发新的主卧室的起点，它围绕着一个开放的庭院，面向街区的中心，这样它就可以被观察和拥抱。

The stillness and quietness of the surroundings, was a starting point to develop the new master bedroom around and open patio,  facing towards the center of the block,  so it could be observed and embraced.

新大楼应该能容纳卧室、更衣室和浴室。我们还提议了一个办公桌区和一个我们称之为庇护所的小房间。这一切都是围绕一个主环，可以容纳室外露台和更衣室。通过在更衣室顶上产生一个更高的高度，创造了一个小的庇护所。一个冥想的地方，透过屋顶的窗户观看星星，听音乐，同时在艺术家AlexandraKehayohlou手工制作的地毯上放松。

The new building should be able to hold the bedroom, a dressing room, and the bathroom. We also proposed a desk area and a small room that we called shelter. It was all structured around a main ring, that would hold the outdoor patio and dressing room. By producing a greater hight on top of the dressing room, a small shelter was created. A place conceived to meditate, watch the stars through the roof window and listen to music, while relaxing on a handmade rug by the artist Alexandra Kehayohlou.

隔开一个长长的天窗，卧室、接待室和办公桌都位于主环左侧，允许光线进入，并识别出项目的两个主要部分。

Separated by a long skylight, the bedroom, reception hall and working desk are located on the left side of the main ring allowing the entrance of light, and the recognition of the two main pieces of the Project.

浴室位于对面，增加了色彩的存在，作为一个绿色的大盒子，它与室外露台和后院结合在一起。

The bathroom was located on  the  opposite side, adding the prescence of color, and as a big green box it comunicates itself with the outdoor patio and backyard.

通过将露台放置在中央位置，所有被设想用于特定用途的区域，都会激发出任何不完整的表面。透过每一扇窗户，都可以观察到的天空和心脏的尖端异质布宜诺斯艾利斯块，可以看到。

By placing the patio in a central position, all the areas where conceived  for a specific use, elminating any unsefull surface. Through every window, the sky and the heart of the tipical heterogeneous Buenos Aires  block, can be observed.

整个项目是用钢框架建造的，最大限度地减少了对现有房屋的总重量和总建造时间，使得客户在海外旅行时能在三个月内完工。

The whole Project  was built in Steel frame, minimizing the total weight over the existing house, and the total construction time, allowing it´s completion in three months while the clients were travelling overseas.
