He wants to eat tomatoes lying in the bath and overlooking the “Samara Bend” (“Samarskaya Luka" National Park).”

The Godfather has intentionally bought this plot, which was the furthermost located from the Volga river, with a composite topography. Only from here, the very top of the place, through green crowns of trees, the Zhiguli hills are well looked, and a mirrored river bed is within a good view.

地面差8米，南向有沟。在较低的地方，有一个平原水平的空间，有高高的树木和小屋，这隐藏了伏尔根开放的距离。能不能住得离伏尔加河这么近却看不见它？

The ground level difference is 8 m and there is a gully from southward. Lower beneath the area there is a plain level space with high lofty trees and cottages, which hidden the Volgian open distances. Is it possible to live so close to the Volga and not see it?

A building is maximum extended along the slope. The main entrance is made from the top point of the relief directly to the floor of guest rooms, which overlooks attractive views of the Volga through solid stained glass windows of the gable facade and a promenade terrace.

Large utility rooms have a three-way orientation. Both a garden and riverward slopes are well viewed from here. A ground apartment floor, where there are bedrooms and children's rooms, has an additional entrance due to a level difference. All living rooms have a southern exposure and are exposed towards lovely views. On the top floor there is a study, a green house and a host library with the most amazing views to the beautiful surroundings.

A roof area is fully accessible and greened. The building is placed along the gully on the south boundary line of the plot, thus leaving valuable mature trees undisturbed.
